The northbound lanes of Highway 427 in Etobicoke are closed following a four-vehicle crash.
Provincial police say officers were attending a crash scene on the southbound lanes of the highway near Finch Avenue West on Tuesday afternoon, when a separate collision occurred in the northbound lanes, directly adjacent to the initial crash.
A traffic camera image at the scene shows heavy damage to a number of vehicles from the northbound crash.
Police say injuries have been reported in the second crash but the severity of the injuries are not yet known.
Two southbound lanes of the 427 are also closed at Finch.
