Gatineau police say one person is dead following a single vehicle crash early Saturday morning on Laurier Street between Boulevard
des Allumettières and Verdun Street in the city’s Hull district.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said they would not release identities on the people involved in the crash.
The investigation is continuing, police said.
