Provincial police in the Ottawa detachment charged seven drivers on the Queensway for failing to move over emergency vehicles.
The penalty for not moving over is $490 and three demerit points.
“If you can’t move over, you must slow down significantly as you pass by,” police said on social media.
“Let’s make sure everyone gets home safely.”
