The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating after a fatal crash on Highway 404 in Markham.
Police say a transport truck and passenger vehicle collided just before 2:30 p.m.on the southbound ramp at Highway 407.
Police say at least one person has been pronounced dead as a result of the crash.
All northbound and southbound ramps on Highway 404 leading to the westbound lanes on Highway 407 are closed for the investigation.
