A 37-year-old Ottawa man faces a number of charges after an attempted bank robbery and carjacking on Oct. 21, 2025, the Ottawa Police Service said.
The incident took place in the 1900 block of St. Laurent Boulevard.
The charges against Damien Iqualla include: Two counts of robbery with an offensive weapon; two counts of pointing a firearm; possession of a weapon with the purpose to commit an offence; theft of a motor vehicle with violence; and having face masked.
