The Ottawa police are asking for help as they try to identify a suspect after a recent arson on Clarence Street.
The incident took place in the 200 block of Clarence on April 7 at about 11:30 p.m., when an person lit a pile of cardboard on fire near a residence while the owners were at home, police said in a news release Tuesday.
The suspect was described as white with bob-style dark hair. He was wearing all-black winter clothing, police said.
