Police described the suspect as Black between 18 and 25 years old, and approximately 130 to 150 lbs. At the time of the incident, police said the suspect was wearing a green hooded jacket with “Five Boroughs” written in white print on the front, sunglasses with brightly coloured frames, black pants and a backpack.
