The Ottawa Police Service is looking for public assistance in locating Muntader Hilwu.
The 15-year-old boy was last seen on Jan. 9 in the area near Heatherington and Walkley roads.
He was wearing a black toque, grey hooded sweater, black jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
Muntader is described as being of Middle Eastern heritage, standing five feet five inches tall and weighing 145 pounds with shoulder-length, curly, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
