Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Mykhail Markin, 37, who was last seen in the Walkley Road area on Sept. 28.
At the time, he was wearing a grey T-shirt and dark pants.
He is described as Caucasian, five feet seven inches tall with a brown beard and a medium build.
Police said there were concerns for his health and well-being.
