Ottawa sex offender rehabilitation program could close without new funding

It’s a reintegration program for people who have been convicted of sexual offences — child pornography, sexual assault, sexual interference, etc. — based on restorative justice principles. COSA began in Hamilton in 1994 and targets those who are at a higher risk of reoffending. It has since expanded nationwide, including to Ottawa.
