A group gathered in Minto Park on Saturday before marching onto Elgin Street for the annual Dyke March, a staple of the Pride celebration weekend.

This year’s march included expressions of solidarity with Palestinians, with participants carrying flags and wearing keffiyehs alongside Pride symbols.
The Ottawa Dyke March first took place July 10, 2004, in solidarity with other dyke marches around the world.
