The person police are attempting to ID in relation to the incident was described as a white or Indigenous male, tall (over six feet), and about 40 years old with a medium build. Police said the person had acne scarring on his cheeks, facial hair (possibly a moustache), spoke English without an accent, was known to smoke, was travelling on foot, and had a black jacket and a baseball cap.
