The Ottawa police are asking for help as they attempt to identify four suspects in a break-and-enter investigation.
In a news release Tuesday, police said the suspects were “possibly linked” to the break and enter that took place in the 500 block of Kirkwood Avenue overnight on Aug. 26-27. They said the four suspects were seen using stolen debit and credit cards taken during the break-in to buy things at downtown Ottawa businesses.
Suspect 1 was described as white and about 20 to 30 years old. While making the purchases, he was seen wearing dark sunglasses, a large chain necklace, a dark hooded jacket, a red shirt, dark pants and white running shoes.
Suspect 2 was described as white and about 20 to 30 years old, with long brown hair. She was seen wearing purple pants and a black sports bra.
Suspect 3 was described as white and about 25 to 35 years old. He was seen driving a grey Kia Forte.
Suspect 4 was described as white and about 25 to 35 years old, with a black beard. While making purchases, he was wearing a grey jacket, black baseball cap and dark sunglasses.
