Police seek 3 suspects who broke into a North York home

Toronto police are on the hunt for three suspects who allegedly broke into a home in North York earlier this month.

Officers were called to the area of Yonge Street and York Mills Road just after 10:00 p.m. on December 13.

Police say three suspects walked through a wooded area and entered the backyard of a home. The suspects then broke the glass of a basement door and entered the residence.

It is unclear if any property was stolen and no injuries were reported. According to police, the suspects then fled through a wooded area.

The first suspect is described as being in his early 20s. He has a moustache and was last seen wearing a zip-up hoodie, sweatpants, a cross-body bag and shoes with dark laces.

The second suspect was last seen wearing a face covering, a toque, jacket, sweatpants and work boots.

The third suspect was last seen wearing a face-covering and wearing a sweater, track pants and a cross-body bag.

Investigators encourage anyone with information to contact police.
