Ottawa police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since Sept. 6.
Hope Newell was last seen in the 200 block of Donald Street. She was wearing a black sweater over a black tank top, grey plaid pyjama shorts and a navy-blue sweater.
Police say she is fair-skinned and identifies as Indigenous. She has brown hair with blonde tips, brown eyes, stands five feet nine inches tall and has a slim build.
There are concerns for her mental health and well-being, police said.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the OPS at 613-236-1222, ext. 7300.
