Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating an 8-year-old boy last reported to be in the Carling Avenue and Merivale Road area at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
Vincent Savoie is believed to be driving a 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe, with Ontario licence plate CYMS650.
He is described as Caucasian, five feet 10 inches tall with a slim build, mostly bald with a grey chin beard. He was wearing a blue winter jacket and wears reading glasses.
Police said there were concerns for his well-being.
