Ottawa police are seeking help locating 32-year-old Asenath Qamaniq, who has recently been reported missing.
She was last confirmed to be in contact with someone on Aug. 28, 2025, police said, and it is unclear when exactly she went missing from the Ottawa area.
Originally from Nunavut, Qamaniq was described by police as having a petite build, brown eyes and short, dark hair.
“Loved ones and police are concerned for her safety and well-being,” police said in a release on Oct. 21.
Anyone with information on Qamaniq’s whereabouts was encouraged to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
