Ottawa police are seeking public assistance to find a purse-snatch suspect whose attack left his victim seriously injured.
The attack occurred Oct. 9 in the 2000 block of Carling Avenue.
At about 2:52 p.m., the suspect approached the victim, grabbed her purse and fled.
The victim fell and sustained serious injuries.
Police said the suspect was dressed in black, with a hood and a face mask.
