The Ottawa police are asking witnesses to come forward after an 81-year-old pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the city’s west end Tuesday.
Officers responded at about 5:30 p.m. after the pedestrian was hit in the Cameron Harvey Drive and Dunrobin Road area. The man was in hospital in stable condition as of Wednesday afternoon, police said in a news release.
Police would like to talk to anyone who witnessed the collision but has not yet talked to investigators. They would also like to speak with anyone who has dashcam or surveillance footage of the collision or saw a pedestrian in the area between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
