Ottawa police are seeking witnesses for a fatal crash on Tuesday evening.
Emergency crews were called to a crash between a car and a tractor-trailer on Highway 174 between Canaan Road and Old Montreal Road around 9:50 p.m. on April 22.
A man in his 40s, the sole occupant of the car, died, while the driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said Wednesday morning that Highway 174 would remain closed in the area for several more hours.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dash-cam footage of this incident but has not yet spoken to police.
