Toronto Hydro crews are dealing with a power outage that’s impacting the city’s Financial District.
The outage map indicates around 500-1,000 customers are affected.
The outage area stretches from Bathurst Street, east to Yonge Street, and south to Front Street.
“We’re aware of the outage affecting the electricity supply to Toronto Hydro and their customers. Our crews are on-site at John Transmission Station investigating the cause and we’re working together to restore power as safely and quickly as possible,” Hydro One said in a post on X.
According to Toronto Hydro, the estimated time of restoration is around 5:30 p.m.
