The Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OTSA) said buses were not running for the Ottawa Catholic School Board, Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est, and Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario.
