A Dec. 16 news release from the Outaouais Regional Integrated Squad, also known by the French acronym ERM, said its officers in collaboration with police from Gatineau and the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais as well as the Ontario Provincial Police’s Ottawa guns and gangs unit had arrested Tanner West, 33, in Limoges and Dominic Fortune, 32, at the Cowansville detention centre.
