A woman has died in a three-vehicle collision in Ajax that also injured another man.
Durham police were called to Kingston Road West and Elizabeth Street on Wednesday evening to reports of a collision.
A woman has since been pronounced dead and a man has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No further details have been released.
