A woman has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue.
Toronto police were called to the intersection at 2:30p.m. for reports of a pedestrian had been struck.
The woman, believed to be in her 30s, was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Southbound Yonge is closed at Elmhurst Avenue, but is expected to reopen soon.
