“Minor flood levels are expected to be exceeded in flood prone areas along the Ottawa River from Pembroke down to Carillon,” the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board wrote on its website. Minor flooding is defined as when some lawns, streets and parks begin to flood, with no or few houses and buildings affected.
