An Ottawa rideshare driver has been charged with sexual assault, according to Ottawa police.
Mohamed Laarous, 36, was arrested and charged following an investigation that began on July 25.
Laarous was known to drive for Uber and Lyft, according to a July 27 news release. Investigators believe there could be other victims in and around the Ottawa area.
