As of Monday morning, most scheduled WestJet flights to and from Ottawa International Airport remained cancelled. Two departures, to Calgary and Toronto, were listed as on time on WestJet’s website, along with one arriving flight from Toronto. The remaining scheduled Ottawa flights for Aug. 3 had been cancelled.
