“It appears to me that people in Ottawa are seeing roads that are busier, and it takes them longer to get from A to B. It used to take them 15 minutes, now it takes them 20 or 25,” Stubbs observed, “and it seems like that patience level is turning into some aggression to try to get there quicker.”
