Alan Doyle entertains at CNIB Lake Joe event, helping to raise more than $300,000

On Aug. 15, CNIB Lake Joe, a fully accessible camp in Muskoka for people who are blind, deafblind or have low vision, hosted its annual Lake Joe Live event, raising more than $300,000. The evening featured East Coast-inspired food by chef Ted Reader, an appearance by disability advocate Molly Burke and a performance by singer-songwriter Alan Doyle. Funds raised will help more than 120 children who are blind experience a week at CNIB Lake Joe next summer.
