“I know the City of Ottawa is extremely committed to getting this information to residents, and it’s a matter of getting it right,” Johnson said. “And, from what folks have experienced, there’s been overland flooding, sewer backup, ground-table saturation, all these different ways that people can flood, and often multiple ways that people did flood. So, to pick apart those variables is going to take some time.”
