Blue Jays star George Springer has sold his Toronto luxury home. He wasn't immune to the market downturn

Not even Blue Jays designated hitter George Springer could avoid the downturn in Toronto’s housing market. 

The four-time all-star sold his Lawrence Park luxury home for six million dollars, almost $500,000 less than its original asking price, according to HouseSigma. It was recently listed by Leverage Global Partners for $6.45 million, and was on the market for 34 days.
