Carney 'appalled' by targeting of two Jewish-owned Toronto bakery locations

Prime Minister Mark Carney says he is appalled that two locations of a Jewish-owned bakery chain, places he called “fixtures of Toronto’s Jewish community,” were damaged over the weekend.

Carney said in a social media post that Jewish Canadians should be able to “live, work and worship free from fear, intimidation and hate,” and his government will continue to combat antisemitism.
