A crash has shut down several express lanes on Highway 401 near Morningside Avenue in Scarborough.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just after 6 a.m. on Thursday.
Paramedics say they assessed two people at the scene. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
Two eastbound express lanes are blocked off by emergency crews from Neilson to Morningside avenues.
Another westbound express lane already was closed for construction.
