After looking into the matter, police charged François Roger Fafa Ndam, 49, of Ottawa, and Christian-John Dhjarngbo, 46, of Montreal, with: personation with intent (identity fraud); possession of an identity document; uttering counterfeit money; possessing counterfeit money; possessing counterfeit instruments; making counterfeit money; fraud over $5,000; and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
