Police also said that Kevin-Jordy Rotangar, 26, of Gatineau had been facing charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault, among other charges, at the time of his arrest. They said investigators were “working in collaboration with the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DPCP) on the charges that will be laid in this case”.
