A girl about 10 years of age was taken to hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the Blackburn Hamlet neighbourhood on Tuesday.
An Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesperson said emergency responders were called to the area near the intersection of Innes Road and Southpark Drive at about 8:20 a.m. on June 9.
That intersection is a short distance from L’École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Marie, a school in the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est board.
