Luxton is among a growing number of east-end residents asking for a protected left-hand turn signal, which would allow left-turning vehicles to travel through the intersection before oncoming traffic gets its own green light. These arrows, Luxton said, already exist at every other light in the four-way intersection, except when making that left turn from St. Joseph Boulevard northbound onto Orléans Boulevard.
