Lululemon Athletica Inc.‘s chief executive has named two new leaders to her C-suite.
Heidi O’Neill has appointed Ben Hallam as the Vancouver-based apparel company’s new chief brand officer and Emily Sunderland as its incoming chief strategy officer.
Hallam most recently served as senior vice-president of marketing at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and joins Lululemon on Monday.
Sunderland, formerly with Boston Consulting Group, will start at Lululemon on Nov. 23.
The changes come about two months after ex-Nike executive O’Neill took on Lululemon’s top job in September in hopes of revamping the business, whose stock has been sagging as competition rises.
Roughly one month into the role, she named a new president and chief product officer as well as a new chief operating offer. Lululemon says her hunt for chief technology and communications officers is continuing.
