The Ottawa Police Service has requested public assistance in locating a 14-year-old youth last seen on the night of Oct. 7.
Ivy Trudel was known to have boarded her school bus in the morning and was seen by friends at approximately 10:30 p.m. at a bus station at the RioCan Mall in Barrhaven, said an OPS news release issued on Oct. 8.
The released described her as a White female standing approximately five feet 11 inches (180 centimetres) tall with a medium build and bright pink, shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing black pants, a black zip-up hoodie with brown fur trim on the hood and brown fur boots, and she was carrying a black purse.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, ext. 7300. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or online at crimestoppers.ca.
