Orléans crossbow incident solved by Ottawa police

An OPS news release on July 21 said the individual went to the East District station on July 17 and admitted to firing the crossbow bolt at a coyote while walking along a pathway. The bolt missed the animal, ricocheted off pavement and lodged in the exterior wall of the residence on Plainhill Drive.
