Ottawa police have asked for public assistance in finding 13-year-old Layla Sante.
A Sept. 25 release from the Ottawa Police Service described her as a black female standing five feet nine inches with a very thin build and nose piercings.
She was last seen wearing a pink hoodie with GAP on it, grey or black pants and slides or black shoes, and she was carrying a black backpack.
She was last seen in the 1400 block of Fisher Avenue on Sept. 23 at approximately 9:10 a.m.
Anyone seeing Layla was asked to call 911.
