Ottawa police are seeking the public’s help finding a 49-year-old woman last seen in the city’s east end on Aug. 11.
Police said Francine Niyokindi was last seen at 6 p.m. that day near the intersection of Aspenview Way and Meadowglen Drive.
Police and her family are concerned for Niyokindi’s health and safety.
She is described as a Black female, five feet eight inches tall and last seen wearing a black hoodie, beige jacket, long grey skirt, with a dark-coloured head wrap under a black baseball cap, and she had on grey sunglasses.
Anyone with information about Niyokindi’s whereabouts is asked to contact Ottawa police at 613-236-1222.
