Costco Canada has issued a product notice for the EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus portable power station over missing parts from some units.
“Due to a production batch issue, two built-in cables may be missing from the product you purchased, namely: Car Charging Cable, EcoFlow USB-B Data Communication Cable,” Costco Canada informed members in the notice issued Aug. 28.

Affected consumers are advised to contact EcoFlow Customer Support to get the two replacement cables at no cost. The company said it will also cover the shipping costs.
