More than 400 of Toronto’s leading philanthropists, city builders and literary voices gathered at the Toronto Reference Library on April 23 for Biblio Bash 2026: Bright & Shiny Futures Gala, raising more than $1 million in support of Toronto Public Library’s youth programs. Led by gala co-chairs Moez and Marissa Kassam, the evening featured 35 Canadian authors, including Souvankham Thammavongsa, Linwood Barclay, Brandi Leifso and Jess Gibson.
