Who has the voice to best represent Canada at next year’s Eurovision Song Contest?
Should it be an established superstar like Shania Twain, or a relative unknown whose career is just getting started?
Those are big questions our country will face in the coming months as we prepare to participate in the 71st edition of the event, set to take place in Bulgaria next May. CBC/Radio-Canada and the European Broadcasting Union announced on Wednesday that Canada will become the first new country to join the flamboyant pop musical showdown since Australia in 2015.
