TSX falls nearly 150 points amid trade tensions, U.S. markets also negative

TORONTO – Canada’s main stock index finished in negative territory, while U.S. markets were also lower as investors continue to weigh the effect of ongoing Canada-U.S. trade tensions.     

The S&P/TSX composite index was down 143.98 points at 36,813.65.
