Multiple 911 calls were received by Ottawa Fire Services at about 4:19 a.m., with reports stating that a house was on fire in the 2700 block of Flannery Drive, according to a social-media post. Fire Aervices had initially stated in a news release that callers had reported a loud bang and a cloud of smoke.
