On Sept. 14, the Windsor Arms Hotel was the site of the 18th annual Artists for Peace and Justice Gala. The event raised more than $700,000 to support education and community-led initiatives in Haiti. APJ board members George Stroumboulopoulos and Kardinal Offishall emceed the evening, which honoured three women whose careers and philanthropy embody the spirit of APJ: Andrea Martin, Emily Hampshire and Jann Arden.
