Gatineau police are investigating a homicide after a man was found shot in an unnamed “establishment” on Main Street in the city’s Lac-Beachamp district.
Police said in a release they were called at about 11:30 p.m.
“Upon arrival, police discovered a victim with serious wounds,” police said.
He was declared deceased at the scene.
Investigators and technicians closed Duquette West Street from Edouard-Charette Street and Main Street and Duquette East Street from Main Street to Raymond Street.
